Sisters and co-founders Andrea and Theresa Ratajczak have long been a terrific team with complementary skills who provide a combined talent that is both energetic and unparalleled. Andrea Ratajczak boasts a background in direct mail advertising, while Theresa Ratajczak honed her creative skills during extensive experience in theatrical design.

Having long served her direct mail clients, many of these same business entities morphed into the referrals that spurred Andrea Ratajczak to break away from direct mail and officially broaden her service offerings. Out-of-the-box problem solving regardless of limitations or difficulties, is her most telling strength. Andrea Ratajczak is result-driven, and her ability to move and motivate clients routinely meets with success. Whatever marketing obstacle she is faced with, she meets it head on, doing whatever necessary to achieve the marketing directions and goals set forth in the projects.
Andrea Ratajczak brings to the team a background in business and marketing, coaching and motivation. Prior to PDA Marketing, she owned an award-winning direct mail firm where she not only delivered repeated successful mailing campaigns but also matched that effort in providing her clients with marketing strategies that were creative and innovative.
Theresa Ratajczak drives the creative energy that fuels the concepts unmatched in the industry. She draws her design instincts from her extensive theatrical design background. “Creating and building sets and being involved with the demands of creating illusion and metaphor from the viewer’s perspective helps me approach each project,” says Theresa Ratajczak. In addition to her design background, she managed marketing campaigns of all sizes in the commercial real estate industry in and around Baltimore, Md.
